As an SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant you take on an important role in taking care of our customers.

About your job

As SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers when they need support. You take stock of the situation and organize an appropriate solution. For more complex issues, you communicate with the developers and consultants. This also makes you the key person internally for handling support issues. Besides the daily support, you also assist the customer with advice and assistance so that they can handle their processes efficiently.

Responsibilities & activities:

  • Efficiency: As a support consultant, you contribute to the user experience of our customers. This means that you can work in a goal-oriented manner, delivering the best solution
  • Professionalism: We expect from you – just as you can expect from your colleagues – an excellent command of your field. Of course, we will help you keep your professional knowledge up-to-date by organizing internal knowledge sessions and the availability of a training budget.
  • Knowledge sharing: Besides taking care of support to our customers, you will also help the team to ensure quality.

You will perform this function from our office in Venray.

Besides a nice, open and enthusiastic personality, in the role of SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant we are also looking for a number of strong skills and experiences:

  • HBO working and thinking level, with preferably knowledge of ICT, financial and/or logistics processes
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and/or SAP Business One is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language
